Why We Don’t Take Upfront Deposits
We do not believe in holding your money before we have even stepped foot on site. Your hard-earned cash stays in your account where it belongs until you see real progress on your home.
We work on a transparent, week-by-week progress payment structure tailored to the length of your project. You only pay for completed work and supplied fixtures, with a final 10% held back until the end so you have total peace of mind.
Standard 3-Week Renovation Schedule
- Before We Start ($0): Zero deposit required to secure your start date and get work underway.
- End of Week 1 (30%): Billed only after demo is complete, framing, in-wall plumbing, and electrical work are under way (plus the cost of any supplied fittings).
- End of Week 2 (30%): Billed after wall linings, plastering, painting, and waterproofing has begun.
- End of Week 3 (30%): Billed after precision tiling and final fixture fit-out are wrapped up.
- Final Sign-off (10%): Held by you until the job is finished, you have given the bathroom a good thrashing, and you are 100% happy with every final detail.
Express 2-Week Renovation Schedule
For smaller or fast-tracked bathroom builds, we condense the progress schedule:
- Before We Start ($0): Zero deposit required.
- End of Week 1 (50%): Billed after demo is complete, prep, plumbing, electrical, and lining are in progress (plus the cost of any supplied fittings).
- End of Week 2 (40%): Billed after painting, tiling, and final fit-out.
- Final Sign-off (10%): Held by you until you have tested everything and given us your final seal of approval.
