Lovely professional team of guys, who did a great job, nothing was a problem, easy to deal with, easy to work with, and tidy

Dave and his team did a fantastic job renovating our Lockwood bathroom. They didn’t shy away from the job when finding it was a Lockwood home unlike other bathroom crowds and were very accommodating with our needs considering we are a one bathroom home. Dave listened to our ideas and always gave sound advice. An easy to work with, friendly and trustworthy team. We are so happy with the end result and would highly recommend 5 Star Bathrooms to anyone needing a bathroom renovation.

I decided my bathroom needed an overhaul. I had a limited budget so wanted to keep my shower and existing tiles on the walls but needed to change out the toilet, vanity, tap, lighting and mirror. Dave listened to what was on my wish list and sent me pictures and the cost for each of the items. That was so helpful as I was struggling to know where to start and fantastic that I found I could get it all done within my budget!

Dave was very relaxed about working around my existing tiles, not sure what I was so I was a little nervous that his team could pull it off. I did not want a “tacky” bathroom. Dave organised all the trades needed to do the job. Everyone turned up on time and did a great job. Of course with any job there are a few things that need sorting afterwards and Dave was there promptly tidying up the loose ends. I have been very happy with the job done by Dave and the team. I love using my upgraded bathroom and would recommend them to others. Also if Dave on the install day recommends installing LED lighting under the mirror cabinet, do it. Love it!

OMG!!! You have the best team. The boys have just finished everything today and what an absolutely great job they have all done – and also the carpet person. I walked into my new completed bathroom this afternoon and thought ‘How spoilt am I’. Everybody involved have done such a wonderful job. You are all so caring and so helpful. When my wife and I decided to renovate our bathroom, our priority was to get a great finish within our limited budget. There are many bathroom specialists out there, and we were swamped with choice. What initially decided us to go with your company was the feeling when we first met that you were a honest man, and would do everything you said you would. And, of course, you did exactly that.

Obviously the overall price was a factor in our decision, but the fact that your team would complete the project within 2 weeks was also important. We are absolutely delighted with the result that your team. My wife is so pleased with the result, she is already showing the bathroom off to friends and family. We would strongly recommend 5 Star bathrooms to anyone who is thinking of renovating their bathroom this year. Your team is trustworthy, reliable, and nothing is too hard for them. In fact, the favourite saying the team has while on site was “No problem.”

We got a new shower Cubicle done in August by Dave and his awesome team – Oh boy, what a team – truly professional to the core and each individual exhibited simplicity and empathy which I have never witnessed before. The quality of work too was par excellence. To start with Dave gave us a quote which was comprehensive and had all the details including costs etc. On the day of starting the work Dave planned everything with his team and then subsequently explained it to me too. The job was done thoroughly in every aspect. When they left after finishing the job I noticed that they had cleaned it very well too. I would certainly highly recommend Dave and his team to everyone.
